GameStop has recently announced that it was launching a reservation program that would enable gamers who are craving for Nintendo’s DSi handheld machine to pre-order the console and thus make sure that when April 5 comes, they will be the proud owners of Nintendo’s gadget.
In order to place a reservation for the gaming console, people need to make a $25 deposit, while the machine itself will sell for $169.99, yet gamers can get it with a starter pack for $194.89.
Nintendo’s DSi has already been released in Japan, the company having announced that the handheld device would hit the United States market on April 5.
The DSi, which is an update to the current DS Lite, will ship in blue and black models and feature larger screens, 2 cameras and an SD slot that has replaced the Game Boy cartridge slot with which previous and current models are fitted.
